Whoa, Brookings!
What a great time last night (and early this morning for that matter) we had in Brookings. The last show of the school year at the Safari Lounge went fantastic. Thanks to everyone who danced your hearts out! Some pics of the festivities below...

Back from the Hills...4/20 THIS FRIDAY!
What a great time we had out in the Hills last weekend. Thursday night we celebrated Joey's birthday in downtown Rapid City. We partied with the Presidents downtown and stayed on the allegedly haunted 8th Floor of the famed Alex Johnson Hotel. Friday it was on to Spearfish for a wild show at the Back Porch. Saturday we took the bus thru Spearfish Canyon and then went on to our show at The Loud American in Sturgis. All in all a very memorable trip out West. And this is your final reminder that the one and only OFFICIAL 4/20 SHOW at The Lava Lounge kicks off with the Quaker City Night Hawks at 9pm followed by two full sets by Snakebeard Jackson. A $5 cover well worth it! See you there!!

More new shows....and a new CD!
Robert Morast broke the news this week that Snakebeard Jackson is going back into the studio to record our first full length LP! We will be heading up to Cannon Falls, MN to Pachyderm Studios for a ten day session. Pachyderm has recorded Nirvana, Live, Soul Asylum and South Dakota's own Indiginous. We hope to have the finished product out by the end of the summer.
A couple more shows added to an already crowded calendar. We will play at the Old Courthouse Museum in downtown Sioux Falls on Friday, August 17th as part of their summer concert series. Show is at noon. Also we have added another Newton Hills gig on top of the Sioux River Folk Festival. The second show will be on Saturday, August 18th and Snakebeard will headline a multi-band concert.
